What steps are you taking to prevent further spread of COVID-19?

Extraordinary times call for extraordinary measures, and at the Grand Lake Lodge, we’re going to great lengths to protect your safety and provide the same phenomenal service you’ve come to expect from us. We’ve started offering electronic and curbside check-in services. We’ve instituted a PPE policy among our staff and begun offering disposable masks and hand sanitizer on site. And we’ve committed to screening our staff at the beginning and end of every shift. We’re using sterilizing wands to help ensure your room is clean. And we’re offering new and novel food and beverage services, take-out lunches and dinners and. We’re taking COVID-19 very seriously. And we’re taking extraordinary steps now to help keep you safe. What time is check-in? What about check-out?

Check-in begins at 3:00p.m. And check-out time is 11:00 a.m.

Can I bring my pets with me?

Pets are accepted in the majority of our cabins with an additional $50 per pet fee.

What is your cancelation policy?

We accept cancelations that are requested at least 15 days prior to arrival. For reservations of our Elk and Ford cabins, we will schedule a refund less a 50% cancellation fee, and for all other units, we will schedule a refund less a $25.00 cancelation fee. No refund will be given if the cancelation request is made within 15 days of arrival.

Do you offer additional beds?

We offer air mattresses for an additional $25 and cribs for no charge. However, both of these amenities must be reserved in advance.

Do you require an advance deposit?

We require a first night's deposit for cabins and a two night deposit specifically for the Elk and Ford Cabins.

When is Huntington House Tavern open?

What is your smoking policy?

Smoking is prohibited in all rooms at Grand Lake Lodge and within 25 feet of any building or entrance. Outdoor smoking is permitted in designated locations only. A violation of the no-smoking policy may result in a fine of up to $250.

What is this resort fee?

When you book a stay at Grand Lake Lodge, a small additional resort fee of $15 per night will be added to your total. This fee goes towards year-round maintenance the communal amenities that make your stay here extra special, including our pool, our Deer Deck, our porch swings and our playground.

What accessible accommodations do you offer?

We want every person who visits Grand Lake Lodge to be able to enjoy every amenity and take in every view. That’s why our ADA-compliant property features include:

- ADA-accessible parking near the entrance

- Sufficient parking space to allow a ramp

- Unobstructed pathways from the parking lot to the entrance
